4. PSA Birth Certificate
5. Baptismal Certificate
6. Medical Certificate
7. Satisfactory entrance examination result
8. Transfer of Credentials and Honorable Dismissal ( for transferees )
9. 2pcs latest ID pictures ( 2 x 2 )

Additional Requirements (BSBA Applicants ) – Evening Program

• Certificate of Employment with Salary and Attached 3 Months Pay Slip
• Income Tax Return
• Latest 3 Months’ Water Bill
• Latest 3 Months’ Electric Bill
• Receipt of House / Room Rental
• Barangay Certificate / Clearance

1. Full Scholarship in tuition fees for High School with Highest Honor with a grade of 90 and above.
